INTERLUDE: What Seer Knows About The Fixer

Appearance: The Fixer is a Caucasian female, probably Germanic in descent, with green eyes and orange-brown hair. She is emaciated. Hair is typically held back with dark green sweat band and tied up with a similarly colored hair tie. She is between the ages of fifteen and twenty, but is small for her age. She is usually seen wearing a dust-brown jumpsuit and often carries a dark brown backpack.

Mannerisms: All report that The Fixer is polite and professional. She does not pry into others' personal business, and likewise she does not offer any personal information. The Fixer reportedly fiddles with tools when she is distressed. A severe phobia of electrical shocks has been observed.

Known Powers: Advanced mechanical technopathy, ability to see through one-way glass, advanced inherent mathematical abilities, ability to measure chemical energy through physical contact, ability to survive lethal amounts of electricity

Known Weaknesses: Despite a resistance to damage caused by shocks, The Fixer can be easily subdued with stun batons.

Known Accomplices: Until recently it was thought that The Fixer was a loner, but she appears to have a connection to The Afterdark.

Known Patrons: Platform, The Professor, Brand, Tumbleweed. There are no doubt others.
