Nell and The Afterdark
INTERLUDE: What Seer Knows About The Afterdark

Appearance: A giant man, only ever seen engulfed in shadow. Witnesses with powers (none without powers seem to be able to recall ever seeing The Afterdark) report that he has a deep voice and an American accent. His shoe size is likely around thirty.

Mannerisms: The Afterdark is quick to use violence and will not tolerate anyone in his way. He has been observed to have no patience. Surveillance footage from robbed banks show him walking with a distinctly arrogant swagger.

Known Powers: Advanced umbrakinesis, advanced telepathic mind-control. It has been suggested that The Afterdark's immense size and strength are another power, but it may be genetic.

Known Weaknesses: None confirmed. It appears that The Afterdark's telepathy and mind-control are ineffective against people with natural powers. It has been hypothesized that bright light could disrupt The Afterdark's "shadowzone."

Known Accomplices: None, until recently when he was seen with The Fixer.

A Word to the Wise from Seer: Don't fuck with The Afterdark unless you have powers or special helmets to keep yourself safe. If he gets into your head, you will be killed. Likewise, do not get pulled into his field of shadow--I guarantee that he can see much better in there than you can, and he is much faster than you think.
