I got up off the floor and followed Ben into the kitchen. Emily sat on the counter, chest pushed out as far as humanly possible, miniskirt hiked up to the point where it could classify as underwear, and she was dabbing a spot of pizza sauce that just happened to land on her chest.
"Ben," she pouted, "I spilled pizza sauce on me but I can't tell if I got it all off,"
"You did," he replied without even looking at her.
Emily glared at me but continued to eat her pizza. Ben was standing right next to the pizza so I walked over and took a piece and leaned against him.
"Oh, Emily, I forgot to ask, but how's Thomas?" I asked, smiling like the Chesire cat.
"What do you mean?" she asked, taken aback.
"Didn't you hear? He got chlamydia a while back, like, before his annual party," I said, my eyes wide with fake worry.
"Oh, I didn't hear," she replied, putting her pizza down, "Yeah, I heard he gave it to, like, three other girls,"
"How did you hear that?"
"I went to the nurse for stomach ache,"
"Who are the other girls?"
"Not sure," I shrugged, "but I overheard on the bus that they have nothing in common, like, one's a geek, one's a cheerleader, and the other is some druggie,"
"Huh," she replied, "Oh, it's 8 o'clock! I'll be right back, I have to call my sister and make sure she's at home," She hopped off the counter and ran to the living room.
"Does he really have it?" Ben whispered.
"No, but I'm killing two birds with one stone," I smiled.
"And what did Thomas do to deserve this?"
"Anyone who talks crap about me gets taken care of," I said crossly.
Ben raised an eyebrow, "When did he talk crap about you?"
I raised an eyebrow at him, "Like you don't know,"
"You heard about that?" he smirked.
"A little birdie told me," I smiled. Emily came back in the kitchen.
"Hate to break up this little party, but I have to go," she said.
"Oh I hope you didn't catch it," I said.
"I don't think I did, but-" she started.
"Oops," I said, "Did you say something you didn't mean to?" She glared and walked out. Ben started laughing.
"Do you need help spreading the story?" he asked.
"I'd love it," I smiled.
