Today, I felt happy and unhappy at the same time. I wanted to be awake and spend time with my family but I think the day started off crappy because my dad didn't make pancakes this morning. He usually makes pancakes and they are always so good that my day automatically is great. I'll have to blame it on him someday.
What made my day unhappy was the fact that I immediately got into an argument with my mom about cleaning my room because I couldn't find my glasses. Then I told her that "the reason why I don't clean my room is because you nag me. Then I don't want to clean my room at all!"
She replied with: "Oh, that's not an excuse. You'll clean your room, end of discussion."
As usual I try to argue back but I always lose. I have this thing where I have to have the last word. I don't know why I do, but I do. So, I say something else to her and my dad gets involved. So we all go down to the breakfast area and they eat Malt-O-Meal and I eat Rasin Bran. Not that what we ate really matters.
Then I clean up, do the dishwasher and go take a shower. Next thing I know, I'm cleaning my room. It's not completely clean right now but it's clean enough for now. I have this mood I have to get into where I suddenly want to clean. Some times it comes up when I exercise and I just have to start clearing something out. My room does look okay for now. There are a couple of things on the floor that I have to sort through but over all it's all good.
What I really miss is spending my weekends with my friend Caitlin. I didn't really get on my computer all weekend but then again, I didn't see her on much either. She was on today. I wanted her to come see the Harry Potter movie with me yesterday but she wasn't on Facebook or Steam or any other program I could contact her on. It was weird. I think she had voice lessons or something. She sings, very nicely I might add. I wanted to do something for the Talent Show with her but she keeps telling me that she won't do it. So I'm asking anyone who wants to fool around to do something with me.
I asked my friend Sean if he wanted to do something. We agreed on singing the Pokemon theme song or something nerdy like that. I was thinking about creating a medley of video-game opening theme songs. I thought that would be pretty cool.
Another thing I forgot to mention that my school has an improv show. My friend Sean and I went to go see it last Thursday. It was pretty good. They played some really cool games like Scenes From A Hat. Well, I better get off so I can spend my last few hours awake with my parents. I want as much time with them before I go to college. So, I'll get off now before I digress even further. Thanks for reading.
