Here I am in the "right now". With coffee. Not bad at all, I have to say. Less anxious than being in the "what's next", and more practical than being in the "remember when."
I need to re-discover this moment every day, and anchor myself to the present while I shed my skin and redevelop who I am. Not that I'll be changing from one static being into another- rather I'm always changing and will continue to do so- it's about appreciating each chapter for what it is, allowing myself to move on, and to feel no permanent pain when it's time to pass along.
Life has brought me to this moment, but after years and years of waiting, working, adapting, and growing towards this time and place. Now it's about relaxing, experiencing the present, and being open to happiness, fun, and adventure. Not bad.
