"Oh, Christi" He ran his long, bony fingers through her mousy, over-conditioned hair. "I believe that we all know who's madder in this couple." Then, because of the magic only lovebirds can create, they kissed.
"Oh Goddess!" Kezi moaned. "Can we please stop with the soap opera and get to the reason why we're sitting inside an abandoned building on this freezing night?" The lovebirds immediately separated and within a few seconds, they were on their feet again.
"I agree with Kez." Christi said, returning to her usual, cold demeanor. "We flew from Vero Beach, Florida all the way to a U.S territory above Washington that is barely bigger that the island of Madagascar."
"So you better have a damn good reason why we're here, skater boy." Kezi interjected.
"Exactly."
"Simple." He crossed his arms over his chest. "Christi, the entire world knows of your words about things that have never touched you."
"Yeah." She said. "Point please?"
"I believe you and me both know we've touched each other many, many times during our relationship." Disgusted, Christi backed away.
"Let me guess, you want a novel."
"About you." Kezi snorted. "Really?"
"No." He took out his wallet and took out what Christi had always thought was a credit card. Calmly, he placed the card into her palm; his hand went over it. "I want you to write about her."
