So I haven't been updating. And I have a lot to get you guys caught up on. Where did I leave off? Oh, that awkward moment when I told him I was going to ask him to the dance...right.
Well, that same week on Thursday, I messaged him on Facebook. I know what you're thinking: "What a retard! How much longer is this girl gonna hold on?!"
I'm just telling you guys right now, that when I see something I want, or have a certain goal, I go for it. With pretty much everything I have. So, I didn't think it'd be fair to me or you guys if I just quit with that one conversation.
So I messaged him. (I'm going to give you guys the play-by-play)
Me: hey, are you free next week??
Him: hey yea kinda
Me: like, for lunch I mean.
Him: ohh yea. before weds tho..im getting my wisdom teeth pulled
thursday
Me: wow. that. is rough. ice cream for a while then huh?
Him: i guess (what an awkward kid he is!)
Me: haha k. umm how about tuesday?
Him: sounds good. am i driving??
Me: if you want. unless you wanna take my environment friendly prius. tho i wanna see this truck
Him: I thought you didn't have a car??
-and this convo goes on for a little while before I ask him to meet up or text me-
I give him my number but then he says, "nah, i think id b better if u texted me." And then proceeds to message me his number. All right, I'm thinking, is that a good thing?
I try not to dwell on it so I quickly discuss food plans but he replies it's up to me so I tell him I'll wing it when we get to the car. I end the conversation shortly after and then log off and squeal like a little girl.
I HAVE LUNCH WITH HIM! ON TUESDAY!
WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!
And that's my thought process.
Andddddddd now we have a lunch day together :) I'm not calling it a date, because that has implications. But, you guys can call it what you like. I leave it up to you to interpret.
