couple years ago. Ever since, we've been on our own trying to make it". She looked at me sadly. "My brother's 21 and I'm 16. I know I'm dirty, but its all I have". Compassion for her filled my heart. "Hey why don't you come over to my house after school? I have a ton of clothes that would fit you", I offered. She was a misfit in this school. A poor girl, in the midst of all of us "rich kids".
