her old school, she was going to Cherokee High, but she didn't want to take any chances.

She came to school and everyone was staring at her. It didn't bother Phenol, she just walked down the hall looking for her locker. She found it and tried the combination, but it didn't work. So, she tried it again and again. Phenol grunted as she heard the five minute bell, "God, damnit! Just open!" She grunted again, and hit her forehead against the locker.

"Need help?" a cute guy with a gym bag said.

Phenol sighed, "Yeah, the damn locker won't open."

He smiled and elbowed the locker and it came flying open.

Phenol smiled, "Thanks. My name's Phenix, what's yours?"

His smile faded slightly, then came back up, "Flash, nice to meet you. Maybe I could walk you to your first class."

"Sure, what do you have?"

"Chemestry, 210," he said off-handedly.

"What a coincidence, thats mine too,"

He smiled slightly, and some of his sandy blonde hair got into his sea-blue eyes. His bronze skin had a tint of red in it, and he wore a think white t-shirt and bluejeans. He was kind of muscular, and looked very intelligent. He looked about eighteen, but something in his eyes looked older, maybe even wiser.

They started walking in the direction of their classs. Even though he kept talking, he kept looking puzzled, as if he couldn't comprehend somehting. Finally, he looked at her and said, "You look familiar. Have we met?"

The question didn't suprise Phenol. She looked in front of herself and said, "Wouldn't have suprised me if we had, but your name doesn't ring a bell and if we
