Phenol smiled at his attempt at polite conversation. You know, she said to herself, he's not such a bad guy afterall.
"Actually, I was trying to get away from Mrs. Bicks' room as fast as possible."
"Now, I know she's not popular with you kids, but there's no need to run from her!"
"It's not that. When she started to pass out the homework it went up in flames! After that we all wanted out of the room."
Mr. Cranberry looked at Phenol in bewilderment, "That's kind of odd. Why would the paper do that?"
"I think they would call it spontanious combustion, but I dont' think that was the case." Phenol said remembering that she told them to burn just before they actually did. Did I cause them to combust like that, Phenol asked herself, Am I that strong?

As Phenol came into the room, she noticed a new face. He was a very attractive guy, not in the least ugly, with blonde hair, blue eyes, tanned skin, and a very muscular body. From the way he looked at her she knew he liked what he saw. Bookworm, Leo, Ramuth and Jasper were also there.
Jasper was her boyfriend since the summer. He stood a head taller than Phenol, and his brunette hair was just the same color as hers. He also had light brown puppy dog eyes and had a natural tan. Phenol always envied his tan. Only one time was hers darker, that was durring Spring Break when she went to LA and came back looking like she was actually from California.
Jasper walked over to Phenol and wrapped his arm around her posessively, "What took you so lon lover? We were wanting to introduce you to the newest member of our group, Mysterious."
"Pleased to meet you Mysterious."
"Actually, I was trying to get away from Mrs. Bicks' room as fast as possible."
