The girl would stop suddenly, her ankle caught in a root of the tree. The momentum from her running caused her to crash down, and the exhaustion of her body prevented her from rising again. She managed to turn her body around to face her pursuer, lifting her hands up to deflect the attack that was guaranteed to come instantaneously. Her eyes met with the mans, fiery and not willing to surrender. His were greedy, anticipating the next strike he was about to make, was making. The crescent spear began to fall--
--/No... This is not end./--
--And was blocked aside by a tide of water. The nearby tree roots were shriveled, the water within them now under the control of the girl. The man swore viciously, before attacking again, this time moving to cut her right down the center (Don't know anything about fighting with this weapon-- find better attack), only to find that his weapon was frozen to the ground, as were his feet.
"Ya Bitch! Think this will stop me? Eh!" The man shouted, fury his words and the violent motions he made with his arms. He turned from her for a moment to free his blade, only to look back up as a rustling noise indicated that the girl was able to get up again. A large cracking noise covered up his multitude of curses, and it was followed by two more snaps as he broke off the ice around his feet. He continued after the girl, stumbling slightly from the remaining ice on his feet.
