Allo was a normal girl, who led a normal life. She did normal things, like go to school (very normal place), hang out with friends (very normal people), and even had a perfectly normal family. So why even bother mentioning Allo? Stories, as we all know, are often most remembered when they are about extraordinary people doing remarkable things.
