For "Just a Job"
Danni looked up as the wolf beside her whined. "I smell 'em." She cocked her head to the side as a familiar scent tickled at the edges of her memories. She straightened up and stretched, muscles and joints screaming in protest. Who would of thought she'd live to be this old. She smiled ruefully, who ever figured she'd consider 34 old. She hoisted the wheel barrel full of wood she just split and rolled it to the wood shed. The wolf whined again and disappeared into the misty woods surrounding her cabin. "Sure, leave me to deal with 'em." She muttered after him, but she knew, she was going to round up the others. "Damn." she emptied the wheel barrel and walked into her house. The wolves sort- of incorporated her into their pack. Well, as much as any wild animal can. She would not betray their trust.

She pulled the door closed as she left the house, tucking her weapons in their holsters, and as silently as the wolf, she disappeared into the woods.

There were twelve of them. Fourteen if you counted the General and the Chief. They must have decided they needed help with the terrorist. Nothing else could They didn't part on good terms. She was dying and he just walked away. She watched from her perch up in a tree as they set up camp. She lowered the binoculars. Nope, not on good terms at all. She eased her weight off her bad hip. The Res Doc patched her up the best he could, but bullets pierce, shatter and kill. She thanked the spirits or what else the Indians believed in. She lived, and that was all she could ask for. As silent as the spirit guides themselves, Danni dropped to the ground. It was time to get to work.

Taking out the sentry was easier than she thought. Special Forces- hmp. After the look- out, the rest were easy. They didn't expect anything coming, so they slept and she stole in like a thief in the night.

She corralled their bodies not to far from the camp fire's dying embers. She was glad she kept in shape, some of those men where actually heavy. Either that or she
