Background s t o r y.
The cross between power, money, love and war brings forth only the beginning of her story. At age 7, she was left to defend for herself. Before losing her family during the war between Korea and Selika, Misan had a wonderful life. Although there was something mysterious about her familys’ history, nothing seemed suspicious. The war broke out, and she lost her family in a fire. The only person left was her older sister. Not soon, after roaming around the city looking and begging for food, her older sister mysteriously disappear. It was now, that she realized she was alone.
Misan then begins her journey to find her older sister, but along the way obstacles struck. It brought only painful memories and new ones. She ends up uncovering hidden shadows of her unknown family, and discovering an emotion that could possibly be poison. Growing up in the streets and secretly living in the Tree House on the property of the Yoon family, Misan grows to overcome her fear and find her sanctuary place.
Selika, a small country located in the far south of Korea and Japan.
