untitled writing
My mind is always filled with thoughts. I can barely spend a few seconds without thinking. Be it as trivial as whether or not to return the sweater for a lighter shade, or as important as worrying about where my life is going - something is always on my mind.

On any given day, my mind runs through a myriad of thoughts; it finds solutions to some, tucks some away for later and dismisses some as not worth thinking about. I have always thought that resolving thoughts would empty my mind, but I have realized that new ones quickly fill in.

I have wondered how it would be to be thought free for a few moments everyday. To not think while driving, to not think while walking. To fully absorb the world outside without being lost in the world within.
