断片。 ----------------- 舗装された道路と剥き出しの更地だけが広がる荒野にいる。道路の他、建物と思われる敷地の土台部分の枠だけはコンクリートで整備されている。丁度、地面のレベルで建物全てを切り取ってしまった感じ。乾いた土が剥き出しになっているが、埃っぽくはない。茫々たる整然とした荒野を、当て所もなく歩いたり座ったり、座って荷物を広げてさも何かをしているようなフリをしてみたり、そんなことをして時間を潰している。 突然、敷地からコンクリートの壁が立ち上がり、忽然と雑踏が現れ、ギッシリとした都心が出現する。 今まで荒野だと思っていたのは、自分が2次元的な世界しか見えてなかっただけで、何かを切っ掛けにして地面から上の世界も見えるようになったことを知った。 ----------------- アブダビにいる。窓の外に、建て込んだ白い壁の間から、鮮やかな青い空が見える。 連れが「アブダビだからね。アブアブ、アバアバ、そんなこと言っちゃいけない」とか何とか、下らないことを言って笑っている。今日、アブダビを離れ帰国するのだ。 晴れやかな表に出ると、何かのお祭りのようで通りが賑やかである。途中、自分の作ったフォルクローレの曲が演奏されているので、オヤこんなところで何故？と思い足を止めて聞き入る。最後のサビの部分で、自分の思ったとおりのイメージで軽やかにメロディアスに演奏されている。演奏技術の高さに感謝しつつ、やはり良い曲が出来たなと納得したが、高音が続くので他の人には聞き難いのではないかと少し心配になった。 read more -
