where the light filling the empty darkness bit by bit until I descended to the bottom of the road, where the canopy of dark green completely gave into the bright open spaces of light filling the bule skies. I headed up my country road, gazing at the emaculate landscapes, manicured horsefarms and inherent beauty & appeal North Salem has.
I arrived home to the aroma of spices in the air. Janette was doing what she loves best, cooking about the kitchen. She had the white rice in the cooker, the cast iron pot steaming with pinto beans, chorisos, jalopenos, onion and garlic; I could tell she was tired of the bland hospital food she was living on for the past 3 days.
Wee had a hearty lunch followed by lemonade on the front porch. She spoke about what the doctor told her the day before in a serious tone as I read the 4 page diagnostic report. There it was in black and white, Metastatic Breast cancer, wow, I was blown away. The microscopic little bastards were still there, waiting under a gland, hinding near a bone, growing their army, planning whent to attack. They hit her hard and at once, in 5 different places within the bone, base of skull, breast bone, head of humorous, cervical spine and the thorasic spine.
What a blow to both of us; no family history of #%$&@*!, eats healthy meals, exorcises, non smoker & drinker and still gets this Fn shit!! No Fn Fair!!!
We make a plan, Janettt's gonna beat this shit and that's that. Janett's Primary Care Doctor has called her several times for her to come in to talk
