to bed! Don't know what she made of that but the last thing I wanted was to think so I had to make a hasty exit. Then I tried to watch TV but only succeeded in falling asleep at 9pm or thereabouts.
Which is why I am now up at an ungodly hour of the morning, on the first day of my week off. Am I fucking mad? Well at least I'm ready for the rest of the day. In the meantime I will check out Twitter and FB and see what the social media has to offer in the early hours of a cold, grey, damp and deadly quiet Saturday morning. :)
Couple of Saturday early hours have gone by. Passed successfully online with smooth radio and cheerful and funny Tony Blackburn in the background. Even got a few emails completed and had frolicing fun googling all sorts.

So that was the week off. When I go back to work on Monday and peeps say what did you do with your week off? I will say: I visited the opticians, had my hair done, allowed a teenage party to shatter my mid-week escape plans and then entertained that rare disease of palindromic pain, who very thoughtfully dropped by towards the end of the week to set up camp for a few days and insist that I get a trip to doctors in, to boot!
Thank God for the remaining Friday, Saturday and Sunday left to play around with. Might just go and stalk bass player from local band for the Halloween holiday factor enjoyment/entertainment (for me that is, not necessarily him). If I go in disguise (an easy/doable feat at this time of year) I could just go it alone. Without a disguise I will probably go all shy and embarrassed and not have the Halloween guts to go it alone :(
