This is the story of a life time. My life. I might only be 13 years old but I'm not your average 13 year old kid either. Life at home has never been easy for me. When my parents aren't out gambling or working, were fighting.
Going back with people loving to be with groups, we also love to hear opinions of the group members. We seek approval from our fellow man. Thats why before doing things like, Getting a job, buying something we ask if you should date someone, what they think of your clothes or girlfriend. By hearing someones approval we feel like we accomplished something. The problem is, some peoples approval are much more important than others. Like ones parents approval versus a friend. Many people would want their parents approval over their friends approval, yet I feel like I get neither. Sometimes people just will NOT approve of you or your actions. We need to understand, as people, that you don't need their approval.

I'll start with my family. I live with my mom and step father, and I have two sisters, one moved out, one still here. I have never got a chance to meet my real father. If everything my mom says about him is true then I don't want to meet him. I recently lost my girlfriend. I know I'm young to be dating but she seemed SO amazing to me, like no other. The thing is she is 16. Obviously, her parents don't like that and kept on talking to her about it. They called her sick and wrong and kept emotionally hurting her. She couldn't take it anymore and broke up with me. After a few days of flying emotions, we got back together for just a day. We got back together cause we wanted to be together. We knew it was a stupid thing to do, so we broke up again. This story isn't just about me and her though, It's a story I want other's to hear, a story about my life, maybe some people's are similar, and it will help them out. Who knows.
Life isn't the best for me right now. I recently lost two friends, and my girlfriend. My parents lost one of our businesses and now were loosing our home. On the plus side they are home more often. For once my dad is actually looking like he cares about me. I'm the kind of person who needs people to be with me. If I'm not physically around someone for awhile I get depressed, and feel alone in this world. I think the teenage years in ones life are the most important. It's when we really start to look at life, and when our personality truly starts to develop. I obviously can't speak for every teenager.
You look at everyone on the street and at school or work or in their car or at the theater etc. And almost everyone just discards it as normal. But if you start to think deeper, you realize that every one of them has a separate, similar, but different life from you. That many of the troubles they have been through so have you, and thoughts like these unite people as one. See, I truly believe humans are meant to be together, like a pack, to support each other. That's why there are gangs, and why people hang out in groups. We classify each other as Americans, Britians, Africans, Asians, or as a gang. People naturally love to be part of a group.
