once upon a time there was a princess named ashley. now ashley is an unfortunately common name, but ashley was no unfortunate person. well at least that's how she appeared to her uncle's kingdom. even after the loss both her parents to a dragon's wrath the subjects of the castle believed that she was the eternal light to their lives. before her uncle chose to adopt her into his life due her parent's tragic deaths, his kingdom was filled with famine and monsters savaging for food. however, after one night of ashley's appearance less monsters showed up within the village the next day. and it seemed to be that every night that she stayed things got better and better.
