Brains
we have nothing to say to each other anymore,
the cracks in the sidewalk speak for us instead.

miles and streets apart
make my heart beat slow

so instead, I'll wrap it up.
in a well decorated box
it's alright for things to happen
and it's alright that they fall apart

I know what you want, but quite frankly you terrify me
with your lack of planning and principled on goings
I'd rather be alone,
than really be alone-
because the thought of waiting for you, makes me wish I never met you at all
