rolled his eyes.

"Iris you are too much. It's a wonder you aren't dead yet," she shrugged.

"My mother is...the best there is,"

"That's obvious." he punched her arm, she rubbed it and laughed.

"You're just a happy person aren't you?" he questioned, she nodded.

"You can't let a disability stop you from being happy."

"In your case blindness?" she nodded and smiled at his reluctant tone of mentioning the obvious.

"Do you ever wish you could see?" she shrugged.

"I can't really say, I don't know what the difference would be, I mean...I see shapes but as far as color and all that goes...I don't know...why?"

"I'd have to shrug on that," Iris chuckled, she always found it amusing that he told her what he was doing and turned it into a phrase, 'I'd have to shrug on that' 'I just need to shake my head about that,' and others.

"I was more or less just interested in it," she shrugged, "What's the biggest problem?" she looked up at him with a smile.

"Probably attracting guys to a blind girl." she chuckled then laughed.

"That's unfortunate...that really is,"

"Are you seriously looking me up and down?" she didn't have to see to know he was flushed when he said, "What?! NO!"

"Ever hear how they say that the blind have the best hearing? I could hear your voice going down with your head, I'm not stupid."

"I know you're not stupid," she grinned and then laughed.

"What?" he said awkwardly.

"I don't know...you're just funny." she snorted.

"Right...anyway...I have to go, my training is at five and it's four forty-two, I need to get ready...uh," she felt his lips press onto her cheek, she lightly placed a hand on her cheek, careful to let him know that she wasn't wiping it but was feeling it.

"Jasper..." her head was spinning a bit, she couldn't tell whether he was there or not. She slightly jumped when he went to her ear and whispered,

"You're burning red," she knew for the fact that she could feel the heat in her face and batted him away.

"Shut up Jasper, and you're a liar...you have training at the same time as me, how do you think I met you?" he laughed, she grinned.

"I was hoping you wouldn't notice that part," she kicked at the ground.

"So...you like me?"

"Mm,I'm gonna have to nod for that." she laughed, again with explaining.

Iris put her hand out and felt his face, she leaned forward and pressed her mouth onto his softly, she could practically feel his cheeks burn. She stepped back.

"You wouldn't mind having a blind girl for a girlfriend?" she said.

"That hasn't stopped our friendship now, now has it?"
