"Sorry," he apologised for the girl as she turned and went back to her desk, "what can I do you for?"

"We just need you sign this." I smiled and handed him the clipboard. He pulled out a pen from his shirt pocket and gave a quick signature where his name was. "Jefferson eh? She's pretty good, I hope you do well and maybe you'll enter the Maths competition?" He asked hopefully.

"Maybe." She said.

"Do you enjoy Maths?"

"I like the fact that I can come to it and everything only has one answer. There's no dancing around like English you know?" He nodded, "But it saying that, I do enjoy that almost anything is right in English, if you can prove it." I nodded in agreement with that statement, "I guess it all comes down what mood I'm in."

Mr Cain laughed, "I know what you mean."

"That's good, I've had people tell me I'm hopeless as explaining things." She was lying. I don't know how
