Unsure Reasoning
"Hey! what are you doing?" a voice that sounded like a crackling fire whispered in her ear. Her eyes snapped open. She looked around trying to remember where she was and how she had gotten so low to the grownd. She blinked twice to clear her mind of all the clouded thoughts. She looked to her left and jumped right out of her skin. A pair of yellow eyes coming out of a furry black face was looking at her with the most discontent look it could manage. she placed a hand over her heart when she realized that it was a cat. A black cat.
It was in her lap its front paws on her chest. Its small head was cocked to the side and its eyebrows seemed to be knotted together. Not a normal facial expression for a cat. The cat rubbed its head along her neck and chin. Its fluffy furry sent tingles up her spine.
Thats when she remembered what she was doing at the abandon firestation in the abandon part of the city. she had been waiting for him. Here at his house, where she was hopping he would be. then she had fallen asleep agaisnt the door sitting on the wet cold ground. The cat who had been standing at the other end of the ally had woken her up.
Well technically it hadnt been the cat that hadt woken her up it had been the voice she had heard in her mind that had woken her up. The voice that sounded like fire in her ears.Egerly she looked around the ally for the person who had awoken her from her little cat nap but they were no where to befound.
She stared down the ally by the trash cans and dumpsters, where the cat had been watching her from. Her mind started to blank out again. slowly she was losing herself.
"Hey you with the face" came the strange firey voice in her mind. she blinked her eyes and tryed to tear her eyes away from the dumpsters but she couldnt something was making her look in that direction. she didnt know what it could be but she could feel it from deep inside that the dumpsters had a meaning.
Where had that voice come from if not from a nother person. The cat meowed and batted its small paw on her chin. She looked down at it. Strange behavior for a cat. The cat now seemed to be glaring at her.
"yes you" that crisp voice apeared in her mind again. This time she was looking at the cat when she heard it. She stared at it for a second longer.
