"Well, I know there were twelve computers and two printers." Tori followed Cam from the back office. She went and stood next to Jo. "Why don't you take the rest of the day off? There's nothing more you can do here."
Paul looked over the heads of the women to Cam, who nodded his okay.
"Okay Ms.Nolan." Cam folded up his notebook and put it in his pocket. He nodded at the blond. "Ms.Farmsworth."
Both Officers walked out to their patrol car. "So what'd you think kid?"
"Something doesn't seem right." Paul clicked his seat belt on.
"Yeah, my gut kicking up too." Cam pulled out into traffic.
 
Chapter Two

"You should never have called them.
"Well, excuss me! It's a natural reaction for most of us." Jo threw a sheet of paper down in front of Tori.
Tori sighed. "I'm sorry. It's only mine I'm worried about. The new computers have the companies chips installed. I'll get started on the first. Damn. I meant what I said, go home Jo. Nothing for you to do here. I'll see you tomorrow."
Tori waited until she saw Jo in her car before she pulled out a burner phone. "I need you to locate my computer."
Jo threw her keys in the bowl on the table while kicking off her shoes. "Why do I get the weird jobs Toby?" She padded into the kitchen with a cat on her heels. Another ran into
