Riven Cale is one of the Guardians of Creation, twelve individuals fated by the gods to try and save the world from an evil that threatens to consume it.
Apparently betrayed by his former companions, five other Guardians, Cale must continue his quest alone. Time is running out and he must find the remaining six Guardians, recover the Seals of Creation and restore the world to order.
But the dark is rising and it may already be too late.
