We're Living a Lie, or at Least I Am
I'll gather up all of my hopes for the future, my thoughts of you, and all of my plans that never came to be.
I'll carry them all with me on my way, as much as I would prefer to forget them after having been deserted.
I couldn't bear to leave them, even though I've tried.
With nostalgia for a time when life was more simple, when everything was new, when things only got better, I'll try my best to leave, and I'll leave no trace.
