WTF?
Where is this going?

Morale is the lowest I've ever seen it in my 30+ years. Productivity is nonexistent in this toxic environment. Company loyalty is but a distant memory.

I can't believe how fast our CEO has torpedoed this once great company by bringing in his East Coast mentality and bean-counter values. One by one the traditional home grown employee-valuing VP's have been replaced. Their ruthless replacements are universally from outside the company and willing to kill careers on demand.

Change for the sake of change is our driver. It seems the worst thing to have in this company is experience. Probably because anyone with experience recognizes these new ways have all been tried before, and most have failed. Short term gains at the expense of long term quality and performance is not a sustainable plan.

I find it ironic that Google recently lost a class action age discrimination suit for using the exact same verbage we are hearing company-wide as justification for firing career employees without performance issues. Those words are: "you're just not a good cultural fit".

Translation, "we're letting you go because we can buy two new graduates at your price".
