On our fifth wedding anniversary
Dear Anthony ,
Today marks five years of wedded bliss for us . Five years , three children and two degrees. It is difficult to put in words the tears , the laughter , the truimphs and the fights we have been through in this short time.

You love children and your encouragement got me through three pregnancies and three natural births . When i see you with our children i fall in love all over again. I cannot believe how lucky i got . I must have bribed God in another life. Your an amazing father.

When you proposed i was ecsatic yet apart of me worried that i would never be able to give you the family you wanted because i had so many professional ambitions. I thank you for encouraging me to follow my dreams, calling me out when am stalling or giving weak excuses for not doing my best and for holding the fort when i needed to be away.

You are an intelligent man in your own right and you do not feel threatened by any of my achievements. You are a stabilising force in my life and being with you feels like HOME. I pray that in Gods plan we have many more years together . I hope we dance at our childrens weddings. That we shall one day sit on a swing and reminsce about the life we shared. That we shall take our grandchildren for long walks and impart in them the lessons we have learnt

But most of all i hope we get to meet in heaven so i can thank God in heaven for the greatest gift he bestowed on me.
