Tough luck. My room will have to wait because right now I'm in some hotel room belonging to the US Army in the heart of Germany's Bavaria. Not that this is bad though, in fact, this is my favorite place in the world. Seeing the peaks of Alpine giants has a uncanny ability to strike awe and humility into me.

People living contently next to the unknown, that thing that we as western people fear so greatly, amazes me.
