This is not a book which has a lot of action, suspense, romance or thrills. It will not have you on the edge of your seat. However, this book is not fiction either. It is the tale of a common man who has a story to tell.
I'm no celebrity,in fact,i'm not in the least bit famous. But lately,it's occured to me that the life of an ordinary man is much more interesting and spontaneous than that of a celebrity.(I wake up at 6 AM only to see the latest trouble Lindsay Lohan has gotten into and the new clothes that Paris Hilton is wearing.) I find it strange that we live in a world where we know more about them than we do about our friends.
Let me give you a little idea on how this book is going to work.I'll be describing a lot of things that have happened in my life. But a large part of this book will contain details on how i feel and what i'm doing at the time of writing.(I suspect I have bipolar disorder so you,the reader, should have a lot of fun seeing me switch from a curdmegeon to an angel.)I'll get to my self-diagnosed personality disorder later as i feel i'm going to need to devote a whole chapter to it.I'll leave it up to you to surmise what kind of a mood i'm in now. After all, every auto-biographical book is written with the intention that the reader gets to know the author better.Which begs the question, why would anyone want to get to know me,a lowly commoner better?
Hopefully, after the 500 or so pages of this book, you'll forget you ever asked that question.
