The fact that I wear my heart on my sleeve,that always plays a huge role in my life story. I am a bright young woman, who is full of advice for others. But folllowing my own, I always mess myself up. I should say, I listen to my heart instead of my head. So time passed and I thought, with all the lessons I picked up here and there. Wont it be nice if I could help other young women like myself. It takes place in Chicago,Il between the years of 99 to the present. The story is about a young girl who turns into a woman. All the while she battles the world to stand out amongs the rest and show everyone she was born to have and be the best. its a story of family tales, relationships, school and friendships. The is based off of real events that happened in my life. What is really funny is my best friend and I always talk and I always tell her that I should have someone walk around with a camera just taping everything that goes on with me because somethings are just unbelieveable. So the story begins and Ruby is 13 on 14 and about to start high school. This book is going to take time. So patience is vitile..
