Certainly there are many children who are deemed capable with a wide skill-set; the classic ‘jack of all trades, master of none’. When presented with this great level of capacity, the Registrar is beseeched to choose the most beneficial designation. However, it is not uncommon to find specimen that exhibit exceptional proficiency in one area. In this 2219th year of general reckoning, the most desirable ability is that of Super-Sensory Perception. When an infant demonstrates this particular ability, the child is removed from his or her birth parents. Heartbreaking as this may seem, without proper training the child would present a great danger to society. As with all great power, Super-Sensory Perception comes with a price.
