Today is Halloween eve and I have no one to celebrate it with. Sure I have my residents but they are all going out to a party so I can't really follow them, and I procrastinated on my costume so now I'm without a costume, sitting at the local Caribou Coffee, trying to stay away from my floor. Pretty pitiful situation, and to make it worse, Madelaine is not here. At least she'll be back tomorrow to be with me. I really do miss her. I know I have friends here, but they all have parties and occasions to go to. Even the closer friends that I have made don't invite me to go anywhere. Really nobody does but my floor. I think I really need to get closer to the church and closer to making some truly caring friends. But first I truly need to become closer to God before I starting making new friendships.
