Began today. Took supplied caravan to Ten-Noon Province. Requisitioned pens have little ink left, bag is falling apart.

Notes: Only one of the requisitioned pens had ink, which promptly ran out last cycle. The requisitioned rucksack was in an unusable condition. I was told by the department that I would also be supplied with pencils, to be found in the rucksack, though they were never placed there or otherwise spilled out.
