A great idea, but...
I worry about formatting...won't it be kind of tough to go back later and make sure I've got italics, indentation et al working right? Hmm. And let's test something...colour. Yup, Firefox is set to American English. Jerks.

Fixed.

That said, I'll be at least trying this thing out before NaNoWriMo. At that time, "one-page-per-day" will be "three-pages-per-day". But I like the highly portable aspect of this app and the font is pretty natsukashii. It's not like I've never used a basic notepad for short-term writing. Just a matter of putting a nice little * where you want your exclamation marks to go. Quotations are a whole different story, but it wouldn't be -simple- like that, right?

NaNoWriMo is 10 days away. I intend to throw myself into my basketball story at that time. For a while I was very enthusiastically into doing a bit of writing a day but that's long fallen through. I purchased "Novelist's Boot Camp" but haven't stuck to the drills. So that's what I'll start with here today; a character drill. And for the next 10 days I'll write 1 page, either character development or reminiscing about Japan for my blog. Maybe we'll get somewhere this time. Maybe.

Take it away: let's see that New Page button.
