Comprehending the Burden (The Comprehension of the Burden)
I comprehend the burden that I must carry upon a daily basis. When one is a leader, one carries upon them the emotions of the whole

The significance of leadership is a matter that cannot be understated. If one is to lead, one must comprehend that positive burden that one is to carry. When one is a leader, one carries upon them the whole of the collective. Group needs must take precedence to personal concerns. Although the Dalai Lama once said that the “ultimate authority must always rest with the individual’s own reason and critical analysis”, the greater group good reigns supreme. This does not entail one’s own critical analysis is insignificant; it merely entails that one must abandon one’s own timidity and apprehensions in order to realize the task at hand. As a leader, one must effectively utilize communication in a way that positively influences the actions of behaviors of others.
