These Are The Days
They know not to fear,
The Tale of The Beautiful Monster.

One by One
(Concieved 12/20/09)

The rain falls upon my face.
I try not to quicken my pace
Because we are confined to a small space.
My bones are showing through my skin,
And God is watching all of my kin.
One by one we die with grace.

Mothers, Fathers, Daughters, and Sons
What we do here is no fun.
They make us work, they make us scream.
All of us know this is no dream.
Even now it's hard to taste.
One by one we die with grace.

Will the pain ever end?
Will freedom ever descend?
I cry as I look upon your face,
"One by one, we die with grace."
