"I need to talk you" it stood on the text I received. That was the day everything changed.
We met at a café outside of town. The café were the same café that we had drank coffee on so many times. Or, he drank coffee, I was more of a tea girl. While he was talking, I was steering down in my round cup of tea. Not saying a word. I just sat, while he talked for ages. I think he talked constantly for about seventeen minutes. Maybe eighteen, I'm not sure. I weren't capable of saying anything. When I tried to answer his question, my voice just broke, and a quite beep were all that came out. He just kept on talking till there were no words left to say. He stared at me, but I kept looking down in the round cup of tea that my fingers so carefully held around.
"Talk to me. Please" he said.
I didn't know what to say. What are you supposed to say when the boy who you are so crazy in love with, tells you that he found someone else. I always thought that the "I found someone else" cliché only happened in movies, but I were wrong. It happened to me.
For 13 months we had been together. We met through a friend, it was love at first sight. At least it was for me. We started texting daily, some days I received up to 150 text messages from him. We learned to know each other by writing. I looked forward to getting texts from him, it were always the highlight of my day. He told me about his life, his familiy, his routines, and I got to be a part of it without actually being there. After a few weeks we met at the same café that we were sitting on right now. We talked for hours and hours until the café owner threw us out at closing time. We walked the streets for another couple of hours, talking. This might seem boring to you, but it wasn't. It was the opposite. It was the greatest feeling on earth, learning to know someone, someone who potentially will have great inpact on you life. He sure had on mine.
