It's that simple, really, it is.

It was a life together, it was out promise to god. It was eternal and unconditional love but now you swear it to someone else, Just because you can't see me.

How couldn't I not have seen it, that your words felt empty.
I guess I missed you enough to fill your empty word with my own hope, after all, it fit.

And what was the point of all the lies? We weren't children marrying on a whim.
Children, maybe we were, but sane enough to know love.
Distance has frozen you're heart and you've found someone to warm it up, and at my cost you move on. Away from me.
