If there is a year worse than 2011 i have not lived it. I have had years where i have been destitute, hungry , friendless and unhealthy but always there was a hope that if i worked hard and did the right things, everything would eventually work out.

Am not really sure at what point i realised that the year was going to be heartbreakingly tough. Perharps when my incompetent boss told a senior member of staff that he did not understand what i did or when the price inflation of basic commodities like food was suddenly higher than the rate of growth of my salary or maybe when after applying for almost ten jobs i did not succeed at even one and as the end of the year approached i realised that i was stuck in my dead end job

The good thing about all of this. It can only go up from here.
