A Guide to Club Presidencies
(Note: One asserts and recognizes their intellectuality and meticulousness when one describes the proper functioning of club proceedings.)

When one comes to dominate a student organization, one must exhibit temperance in the exchange of email correspondence. When one is concerned with the proper administration of a student-run organization, subordinates ultimately become beleaguered with the incessant tampering and exchange of information. All pertinent information relating to the organization's activities must be imparted during the correspondent club meeting (only through the medium of electronic mail correspondence is absolutely necessary).
Perfection in the execution of the activities of the organization is inevitably an admirable quality; nevertheless, like all admirable qualities, it must be practiced with moderation.
Your sponsor should not substitute for your role as president (for it contradicts the function of democracy; a presidential appointment serves an ultimate purpose); however, it is significant that you keep the sponsor engaged in the decision-making process (and vice versa).
It is equally important to maintain a good camaraderie with your vice-president (and other subordinates); in order to establish a harmonious professional relationship. If the occasion comes when there exists conflict between the superior and the subordinates, seek a third-party mediator (preferably the sponsor) to resolve the dispute in a tranquil and diplomatic matter.
To conclude, one must also attend to their academic responsibilities in addition to matters of leadership, as they are equally significant in the attainment of later success.
(This guide shall be extended upon a later occasion.)
