The dinging of the elevator door opening snapped her out of her thoughts. She had stayed silent after Mr. Samuel had gotten off at the first floor. The had talked a bit on the day, with the little she spoke, the conversation seemed to live a little.
Now at the third floor, she scanned the hall, and immediately spotted her apartment, Apt. 195. Slowly walking through the hall, she noticed a white envelope at the front of her door. "Oh, no, not another one," she thought nervously to herself as she felt her heart begin to beat faster against her chest.

Chapter Two
Closing the door quietly, she slid down slowly down the floor looking at the darned envelope like it had poison and it could burn her with its touch. Her hands shook as she ripped the end of the envelope, letting the neatly folded note fall out. She knew it all too well. Looking at it, she unfolded the note, and slowly began to read.
Dear Claire,
I've been watching you lately, and I must say that you don't deserce the way that you are being treated by others. It's been awhile since we have met eye to eye, and I long for the next time. All of those wrong-doers should rott in hell for all I care, for you deserve the world. I'll take you away, keep you safe, and then we could have as much fun as that night in the dungeon room. You'll have everything you've ever dreamed of, plus more, you'll have my love dear Claire. I'm making the arrangements. Just you wait, for I'll be coming for you real soon.
Forever yours,
