Every person on this earth just deems themselves soooo clever because they can come up with some clever metaphor that deals with life. "Ohhh my life is like this blank page, as you get more towards the finish, more is added", or "My life is like a guitar string, it can be beautiful but it doesn't take much to snap it". I'm here to tell you that I don't enjoy your analogies. I think they are over-thought symbols that allow you to feel important for a split second of your dreary existence. Congratulations.







I'm here to propose a new metaphor. My life is like a metaphor. It makes me feel like an individual and allows me to make meaning out of nothingness. See? I can do it too. Oh go me...









So what am I here for? Well I'm here to write my page for the day. Maybe from it I can make some ingenious story of triumph in the face of bad writing. Get it? But I digress...
