I got to office by 7:08 this morning . Right before a heavy downpour set me running from my car right into the office building. I hate my job. Its been getting harder and harder to come here. Frankly the thought that i might end this year slaving away here makes me gag.
What happened ? The company i work for has been voted "Desired employer for prospective employees" for more years than i care to to remember .And like most people in my undergraduate class it was the company i wanted to work for.
In a bid to cut operating expenses the training budget was cut while new equipment came in so we were flying blind when it came to operating it successfully, some staff were laid off which tanked our enthusiasm,benefits are almost nil yet we work longer and longer hours.
AM ashamed to say ive worked here for four years .......
