**Preface**
It's dinner time and they all gather around the dining table to say their prayers. They take turns telling stories about what they did today and what is to come in the future. Everyone takes turns sharing their news in between bites of food. Even the 3 year old twins share what they did at daycare.
When dinner is over everyone helps in the kitchen to clean up. Then it's off to the bathroom for baths and off to bed for the kids. The big brother stays up a little longer to cram in a little more studying for the finals next week before he heads off to sleep.
The mother and father head off to the girls room to read them a bedtime story. The girls are fast asleep and get tucked into bed with a goodnight kiss and the parents are off to their own room for some sleep. They turn on the television and watch the news. mother pulls out one of her novels and reads before bed. When she has finished her chapter and the news is over they turn out the lights and fall asleep.
The next morning everyone is up and getting ready and stuffing food into their mouths as they are headed out the door and off to where they need to go; that being work, school or daycare. Then when the day is just about over they come home and repeat it all over again. But they don't care because they are a loving family and are glad and lucky they have each other.
Their family is just about perfect and so are their lives. They get what they get and they don't have to fit. There is barely any fighting in the house hold. Only when mother is very stressed she yells but that is fine because it was a hard day at work. She complains and yells but never hits or punishes for the small things and she always does what she needs. Her family loves her and she loves them back just as much probably even more!
But why is it she can love this family more than she can love the one before? She could have prevented the abuse. She could have prevented the pain and suffering. She could have given me what I have always wanted. A family with love.
