Envy sits cross-legged, leaning on the back of her chair, smoke trailing from the cigarette clutched casually in her fingers. She reminds you of an ad you saw once, perhaps in a magazine.
"Lovely watch you have there," she purrs. Her eyes linger a little too long on the piece.
"Th-thank you," you stammer, wondering what you've gotten yourself into. Interviewing the Seven Sins themselves? Where does one even pick up work like that?
But then, looking at the gorgeous woman in front of you, you figure there are some perks to the job. Like this watch. It was a gift from the boss, complete with a promise of more once the gig was finished.
"What is it you wish to know?" she asks, taking a drag from her cigarette.
"Well... um... What is it like, being Envy?" You can't think of anything more clever to say, not with her eyes consuming every part of you.
She laughs and leans forward. "You know what it's like. It's the ache you feel when your neighbor brings home a new car. It's the way your stomach flips whenever you think of your best friend's new job. It's the lust, the greed, the gluttony of every-day life and the lives of those around you." You realize she's tracing your arm with delicate fingers.
"But... Don't those realms belong to the other Sins?"
Again she laughs, and holds your gaze while she gently removes your watch and places it in her lap. "My dear, don't you realize?" She grins darkly. "We are all one and the same."
