I laced my fingers through his and let him lead me through the crowd. We were going to the movies to see this new mystery called Dreamland. It seemed interesting enough. We waited out the long lines for some concessions.
"Theses lines are ridiculous honey, why do we always forget to bring our own candy?"
He laughed at me and smiled completely. "I don't know, Mel, Why do we?" His playful sarcasm shining. I let go of his hand and punched him jokingly. "Hey! What was that for?"
I smiled and laced my fingers back, "Oh you know." I sighed mysteriously.
Then I had a deja vous moment, but then I figured out what it reminded me of.

"So, um, what do you want to eat?" He asked shyly.
I blushed lightly and answered, "Doesn't really matter, what ever you want." I was on a date with Tommy Richmond. Tommy. Richmond. He placed and order for an extra large popcorn and a large coke. Two straws. Through out the whole movie, I couldn't think of anything except his hand on my knee.

"Earth to Melanie?" I head Tommy's voice through my mind's haze of the past. "Come on, let's go get our seats" He chuckled.
"Huh? Oh yea." I said, my mind still thinking of our first date. As we walked to the theater and gave the theater employee our tickets, I thought over the past 3 years we'd spent together.

"Ahh!" I screamed, "Tommy! Don't you dare come near me with that!" He had been tormenting me with a spider in his hand.
"What is it Mel? Are you afraid of this little fella? He won't hurt you, he's more afraid of you than you are of him!" He stated indignantly.
"Like hell he is." I muttered under my breath. My arms crossed against my chest and my face pouting ever so slightly.
"I heard that Melanie." Tommy whispered, a playful warning in his voice.
"So what cha gonna do about it?" I turned around on my heel; hands splayed across my hips and my slightly bent forward.
