News that we're reorganizing under J.E. means several things:
It's time to identify my strengths and weaknesses. I will be asked to give my elevator speech to J.
First things first: understand h elevator speech when it comes to training and communication. What are this priorities? What are his passions? What are his mission, vision, values, goals? How does h want to accomplish those with our team?
Then, when asked, am I prepared to share what value I bring to our ompany? strengths? passions? missino, vision, values, goals?
