Today is Tuesday the 16th of November. It has been 8 days since returning from my trip to my mothers birthday in Los Angeles. The trip was more fun than I could ever imagine. Spent an evening at an arcade in Puente Hills Mall since the Golf land near my house had closed down due to the bad economy. Our first evening was spent at the Ramada Suites in So El Monte. Nice rooms but very small for a suite.

The following morning we had a nice breakfast with the Neils, my mother and brother Ben and his wife Tina. Was very nice spending time with my mom and Maria's family. Spent the rest of the day between LA garment district and Melrose Ave. The girls shopped plenty and Mika seemed to be enjoying all the various boutiques. Malia was very understanding of all the shopping going on. Loved being able to take her to Necromance and pick her up a gift. I miss you Malia. It was always so great hanging out with you and your mom. So sorry. I never meant to just run away. I hope somehow you know that. Am really hoping one day that your mom will let me say goodbye in person. I somehow do not think that will happen. I can always hope. Well I am going to sign off for now. Have a load in at Kakaako Park in the morning for a Sublime concert this weekend. Soon I will be spending a week in Kona for a Cisco Systems show.
